Common questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. Billing stops, and you keep Pro until the end of the month you have already paid for.
How does billing work?
Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor, and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
What counts as one application?
One job. Scoring it, answering the gap questions and re-scoring as many times as you like all sit under the same credit for that month. You are never charged for improving the same application.
What if Pro is not right for me?
Email us within 14 days of your first Pro payment and we will refund it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply either way. Read the refund policy.
Does the price include GST?
No GST is charged. CVelo is run by Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd, which is not currently registered for GST, so $19 is the full amount you pay.
Is $19 really AUD?
Yes, Australian dollars. Several popular tools bill in US dollars, so the amount you pay moves with the exchange rate.
Do you store my CV?
The free checkers on the site do not save your CV. With an account, your saved CVs are kept in our database in Sydney so you can come back to past analyses, and access controls stop other users from seeing them. We never use it to train AI, and our AI providers are contractually barred from doing so. You can delete saved CVs, or your whole account, yourself.
