One experience entry, written twice. The numbers are illustrative, the structure is what matters.
Before
Childcare Educator, 2021 to present. Care for children in the room, supervise play, set up activities and help with meals and nappy changes. Keep the room tidy and safe and talk to parents at pick-up time.
No qualification, no Working With Children Check and not one reference to the EYLF or the NQS, so the service's screen finds none of its own language and the centre director reads it as minding children rather than educating them.
After
