One experience entry, written twice. The numbers are illustrative, the structure is what matters.
Before
Dental Assistant, 2020 to present. Assist the dentist during treatment, set up the surgery and clean up between patients. Sterilise instruments, look after patients, book appointments and order stock.
It never names the Certificate III, the radiography licence or the practice software, which are the three fields a practice manager screens on, so the recruitment software filtering for those exact terms returns nothing. A practice owner also cannot tell whether you can run a sterilisation bay unsupervised or only pass instruments.
