Teal is a job search workspace built around a Chrome extension and an unlimited free job tracker, with resume tailoring and a match score on the paid tier. It is well made and deservedly popular.
Teal+ is US$29 a month, roughly A$44, with cheaper quarterly and annual terms. Teal also runs a US$13 per week option, which works out dearer than the monthly plan if you keep it.

When to choose Teal
Choose Teal if your job search is mostly about volume and organisation rather than the wording of each application, if you want a free tool you can use forever, or if you want a browser extension that captures roles as you find them. Teal's tracker is genuinely better than ours, and its free tier is more generous.
When to choose CVelo
Choose CVelo if you are applying in Australia, and especially if any of your applications are government, health or education roles that ask you to address selection criteria. Teal has no concept of a selection criteria response, an APS pitch or a statement of claims, and it will format your CV to American conventions unless you correct it. You also get interview practice, which Teal does not offer at all, and you pay in AUD so the price does not move with the exchange rate.

Can Teal handle Australian selection criteria?+
No. Teal is built for the US market and has no feature for selection criteria, APS pitches or statements of claims. If you are applying for Australian government roles, that is the gap that matters most.
Can I use both?+
Yes, and some people should. Teal's tracker and extension for finding and organising roles, CVelo for writing the application itself. Nothing about the two conflicts.
